Vidaxl had no record of the sale and it cost me 40 in shipping to return. Even went out bought fixings for the table chairs as they hadn t been supplied we just had just to move things on. I have filled out the return form and scanned and emailed it twice and no one has contacted me yet to tell me how to. Read honest and unbiased product reviews from our users.

I never received. The patio table 2 chairs we ordered 6 arrived separately but having been re assured the other 4 chairs were on their way we put the furniture together that we had. I ordered a patio cabinet. I immediatly contacted vidaxl they agreed to post a new roof out within 10 business days.
